Translates the physics body's origin relative to the entity's Position in pixels.

\<b>Warning:\</b> changing Offset on a live body triggers a full body rebuild
\(velocity is preserved, but all shape IDs change and sub\-step kinematic state resets\).
Set Offset once at construction time. If you need to reposition the body at
runtime, use Teleport\(Vector2, Nullable<float>\) instead.
