Fire-and-forget burst: spawns sub-particles at worldPosition using config without requiring an ECS entity or component. The burst is processed on the next Brine2D.Systems.Rendering.ParticleSystem.Update\(Brine2D\.ECS\.IEntityWorld,Brine2D\.Core\.GameTime\) call.
