Plays an AnimationClip instance directly without requiring it to be pre-registered via AddAnimation(AnimationClip). Useful for procedurally generated or temporary clips.
public void PlayDirect(Brine2D.Animation.AnimationClip clip, bool restart=false);
Parameters¶
clip AnimationClip
The clip to play.
restart System.Boolean
When false (default): no-op if this exact clip instance is already active and
playing or paused. When true, restarts unconditionally.
Exceptions¶
System.InvalidOperationException
Thrown if the clip has no frames.
